I’m back b*tches! A year has almost gone by and not one post, and I’m embarrassed, to say the least.

Fear no more, I’m back but this time I’m doing it my way, and if you don’t like it, it’s advisable to visit another blog. An advocate of good music, fine style and everything  trendy; a critic of all things distasteful and tacky I will guide you through how I see things in my world.

Katie Price

Katie Price is in cahoots with UK department store Selfrigdes to launch her new baby clothes range – KP Baby. 

The former page 3 model has supposedly signed a £2.2 million deal, to design a wide range of baby clothes that will initially launch as a girl’s range. The line will consist of girl boots,hoodies and even baby combats all of bright pinks and fuchsias.

The 31 year-old entrepreneur has tried her hand at almost everything; we’ve had autobiographies, perfume, even a lingerie collection. It’s surprising to think there’s still something left for her to do.

Katie is expected to get into every aspect of the designing process, from sourcing the fabrics down to choosing the logo. She’s come a long way; from Jordan on page 3 in The SUN to the respected role model she is today- Katie Price.    

It will be exciting to see what Katie brings to the table. Watch out for KP Baby in stores soon!

A Dreamworks production: Shrek Forever After

Shrek Forever After is the fourth series of popular animation movie Shrek, and is due to hit the big screen in July 2010. This will be the last ever Shrek film and the star filled cast of Mike Myers, Cameron Diaz, Eddie Murphy and Antonio Banderas have returned to give us what we’ve all been waiting for. 

We’ve seen Shrek through it all, the dragon fights, his pursuit to rescue his beloved Fiona, but now Shrek wishes to return to the days where he scared villagers rather than being the domesticated family man he is today.

At some point in this fourth series comes a dramatic twist and Shrek finds himself in an alternative version of Far Far Away, where Orges are hunted and him and who he thought to be his wife- Fionna have never met.    

Look out for the movie, expected to release July 2 next year.

World reigning Champion

After the controversy surrounding golfer Tiger Woods’ extramarital affairs, he is set to take a break from golfing.  

Over the past weeks the world-renowned golfer has topped headlines due to the string of mistresses that have unveiled from under the wood works.

Woods is the first ever athlete to earn over a billion dollars; winning 14 major titles and being known as one of the world’s greatest golfers.

However, it recently emerged the star golfer had, had up to 10 alleged affairs. After weeks of saying nothing- Woods has finally admitted to his infidelity and vows to take a break from golfing to work on his marriage.

On his site tigerwoods.com her has released a statement saying:  ‘I am deeply aware of the disappointment and hurt that my infidelity has caused to so many people, most of all my wife and children.’

On his decision to put a hiatus on golfing he said: ‘After much soul searching, I have decided to take an indefinite break from professional golf. I need to focus my attention on being a better husband, father, and person’.

The decision to take a break can only be a good one, as lately he has been on the receiving end of increasing bad press and much scrutiny.

Hopefully he can build back the trust with his family and make a comeback.

X Factor: Stacey after hearing the news

Stacey Solomon became the first of three finalists to leave the X factor last night. Viewers were shocked as Dagenham Stace, 20, mother of one, left the show as she failed to rake in enough votes to put her through to tonight’s final.   

She was out beaten by male rivals, Joe McElderry, 18 and Olly Murs, 25 who will go on to battle for the 2009 X Factor crown tonight. 

After the news came that she was going home she said: ‘I’m really proud. I came third, that’s really good. I’ve had the time of my life.’ She added: ‘I got to be here until the final. It’s so cool.’ 

It was a good night for Stacey as she received great reviews from the judges after her performance of ‘What a wonderful World’ , which she also performed at her first audition.

Stacey performed a second song with Canadian singer, Michael Buble  where she received outstanding comments from the judges, however, for some reason the public weren’t so keen to keep Stacey in the running.   

Stacey was loved my many adoring fans for her vivacious and outgoing personality. It turns out this wasn’t enough to keep her in the competition, and I’m sure she’ll be missed by many.

A collaboration with Grammy award-winning record producer Timbaland and current Grammy nominee Drake; this is definitely a song for the ladies, which I’m sure the guys can also relate to.

Entitled ‘Say Something’, the lyrics convey the story of love turned sour in the events of one’s rise to success. 

The multi faceted Drake, combines his aptitude to sing with his skillful knowledge of rhyming together perfectly.      

A definite success!

Pop Queen Curtseys Before Royal Queen

Traditionally, musicians get to a point in their careers where they’re able to meet people in the highest positions of power. So it’as not surprising that on Monday Lady Gaga had her first encounter with Queen Elizabeth.

The couple met after Lady Gaga performed one of her usual outlandish performances that have now become the status quo for the young songstress. Her performance was received by Royals and a very receptive audience at last night’s Royal Variety show in Blackpool. 

Also on the bill to perform was 2008 X Factor winner Alexandra Burke and teenage sensation Miley Cyrus.

GaGa closed the show as dramatic as ever dressed in a red latex dress followed by a 20ft train trailing behind.  

During her performance she was elevated 20ft while attached to a chain and seated on a chair as she fearlessly played a grand piano.  

Now it’s true, the Queen has had the pleasure of meeting a number of the world’s greatest stars but Lady Gaga is surely the most outrageous yet. The Queen was however ‘delighted’ to meet the rising pop queen and was unable to refrain from giggling with the star.

Gaga even remembered to curtsy when in the presence of royalty.

Bey and Jay

Over the weekend Jay Z celebrated his 40th birthday at Casa de Campo resort in the Dominican Republic.

As expected his Queen B(eyonce) was right at his side as guest of honour along with the Rap superstar’s mother.  Big names in attendance included label mate; Kanye West, as well as appearances from Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, Alicia Keys, Oprah, Lil Wayne and Kate Hudson.

Jay Z’s known for being an avid fan of American gagster movies, so it’s only right he party followed the theme of classic American gagster film, Scarface.  

Entertainment on the night  included music from DJ Cassidy, a performance from synchronised swimmers, fireworks and an impromptu performance of Empire State Of Mind from Jay Z and Alicia Keys. 

To ensure entry was permitted only to those who were personally invited, guests were made to use a password ‘Bye, Bye Blackbird’ [famous line from Public Enemies], according to The Sun. 

Unfortunately for us all guests were made to leave phones/cameras at the entrance so there’s no photos for us to have a peak at.

Pleasue P on the cover of chart topping Boyfriend Number 2 single

He is believed to have molested several children over a continuous period, including his 4 year-old niece and 3 year-old nephew.  

 Since his alleged conviction Pleasure P has consequently left Pretty Ricky, and it has now emerged that it was a decision made by the other bandmates  and not Pleasure P himself as many people had originally speculated. 

After failed attempts to pay legal fees, the daughter of Pleasure P’s lawyer has revealed information that was previously kept from public domain, writing on her twitter page saying ” Pleasure P is a Child Molester PROOF- court document”

You hear all types of celebrity scandal and are never sure what to believe and what to cast off as a lie, but details of the case have been confirmed by ex bandmate Diamond Blue via his Twitter page. He wrote ” Pleasure P’s lawyers had the documents sealed! Bluestar supported Pretty Ricky KICKING HIM OUT the group!”

This may be a classic example of how we pull down anyone in the rise to success- similar to the Michael Jackson molestation cases- but when information of this gravity is looming around it’s key that we’re are ALL enlightened.

The international rap genius;  famous for hits like ‘A Milli‘ and ‘Lollipop‘ to mention a few, has just added another addition to the Carter family tree.  

Singer, Nivea is the fourth woman to give birth to one of Wayne’s children as she welcomed baby Neal to the world.  

The baby boy is welcomed just months after actress and model Lauren London gave birth Wayne’s third child. 

So that’s four in counting and there’s still speculation about another on the way. It can’t be true or could it?
